Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and curious individual with a technical background and a passion for IT to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with one or two years of experience who thrives on understanding both business and technical aspects, demonstrating a keen interest in programming and SQL. While experience in Identity & Access Management is not required, a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in this domain is essential.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications

Technical Liaison

• Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication
• Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and provide insights into technical solutions

Documentation

• Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
• Maintain comprehensive records of project-related information

Project Coordination

• Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting

Continuous Learning

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, particularly in Identity & Access Management
• Actively participate in training sessions to enhance technical and business knowledge

Entry requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical or business analysis role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with programming languages and SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in Identity & Access Management

Working week

35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, 1 hour lunch break.
