Madigan Solutions is a company focused on the delivery of Identity & Access Management security solutions based in Northern Ireland but providing services to organisations across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
We are seeking a dynamic and curious individual with a technical background and a passion for IT to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with one or two years of experience who thrives on understanding both business and technical aspects, demonstrating a keen interest in programming and SQL. While experience in Identity & Access Management is not required, a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in this domain is essential.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication
- Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and provide insights into technical solutions
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Maintain comprehensive records of project-related information
- Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, particularly in Identity & Access Management
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance technical and business knowledge
- Enthusiastic about a career in Enterprise Information Technology Security

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical or business analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with programming languages and SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in Identity & Access Management
35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, 1 hour lunch break.
